Savannah Motel

Our room was super clean, the owner is incredibly nice and friendly. Within walking distance of a few great restaurants!

This was a very nice/clean/safely located and fairly priced motel. I really appreciate the owner's son (Dillon???) being so helpful/supportive during the initial room check that we requested before accepting the room and completing the check-in process. His father (owner) was also very polite, courteous and sincere and did supportive follow-up checks with us to make sure that we were happy with them. Note...they only offer coffee but there are several fast food locations within a 2-3 minute drive. I cannot speak to the quality of all the rooms but can tell you that room 34 was close to the front, looked newly renovated, had up-to-date room amenities and was very clean...in fact, the bathroom grout for the bathtub/shower looked as though it had just been replaced. One of the really neat things that I found great was that it had that "Retro - Route 66 vibe" but with all the current technology amenities (i.e. USB charging ports by the nightstand light and a large screen TV with online streaming options). The room itself was very modernized and like the bathroom, looked as though the remodeling crew had just finished updating a few days earlier. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others. I hope that this review is helpful and as I stress in all my reviews, I can only tell you about the room (#34) that we stayed in and encourage everyone to always ask to see a room before they accept and check-in. Felt like I was back in time. It was clean and quiet. I love the vintage feel. I like the old bathroom tiles. You never see those anymore. Reminds me of my childhood. Did I forget to say how clean this motel is.

My partner and I stayed here after an event at the Savannah Theater. The location was so convenient, and within walking distance of downtown. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was so nice, and the price was so affordable! I will definitely keep it in mind for any future needs. If you are coming through town on a business trip, or just looking for a cute little getaway, highly recommend!

Great Motel in a perfect location. Police station across the street gives you peice of mind. Outgoing, friendly staff that make you feel welcome. The rooms are up to date and extremely clean with a fresh smell. There is plenty of parking including boats. Pet friendly rooms as well for the fur babies.
